“We have used them for replacing burner fronts on the original 1949 Kewanee fire tube boilers when the City of Slayton received natural gas in town at that time we switched them to duel source fronts to coincide with state requirements. When we decided to upgrade our boilers in the early 2000’s Paape Co. won the bid and installed and re-plumbed the boiler room for a new set of Hot Water Boilers and related pumps.
They installed a Building Automation System (BAS) Andover when we did our Surgical Suite addition on our Hospital. A year later they did an add to the system when we remodeled our clinic and constructed an outreach area. In 2012 we did a remodel/addition of 34,000+ Sq Ft in addition to our existing 35,616 Sq Ft and place the complete building on the BAS.
All of our RTU’s, both plants and room temperature sensors are all controlled by Andover. What is nice is if we have a problem and cannot figure it our system can be accessed remotely and we don’t have to wait for someone to drive to our facility.”
